Every order ships with tracking. If it stalls for more than 7 days, we chase the carrier for you.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. South African deliveries typically arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch; supplier-shipped items can take 10–21 business days. Every order includes tracking.
You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items — unused, in original packaging. Items that arrive damaged or incorrect are always covered: replacement or full refund, return shipping on us.
